L\u2019accent est mis sur la technique, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et l\u2019endurance \u2013 id\u00e9al pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019hiver. <\/p><p><strong>Jour 2 \u2013 Randonn\u00e9e en ski de fond<\/strong><\/p><p>En mont\u00e9e avec puissance: lors de cette randonn\u00e9e en ski de fond, nous travaillons sp\u00e9cifiquement la force et l\u2019endurance en pleine nature.
